The Greater Glens Falls Transit system provides bus service on nine regular bus routes in and around Glens Falls, including Queensbury and West Glens Falls in Warren County, Moreau and South Glens Falls in Saratoga County, and Fort Edward and Hudson Falls in Washington County.  Bus service operates six days a week, with special trolley service operating seven days a week during the summer, connecting Glens Falls to Lake George in the Adirondack Park.  All routes meet at the Ridge Street Terminal, across from City Hall, and operate on an hourly schedule.  Some of the routes are interlined with others, so that it is not necessary for riders to disembark in order to transfer to another route.

31 is a BIA 05.504, shown at the Ridge Street transfer point, in front of City Hall, on Sept. 17, 2004.  Like a number of GGFT routes, the route on the head sign of this is interlined:  this bus arrived at the terminal as route 11, and left as route 4.

31 was spotted again the next morning at the Ridge Street transfer point on Sept. 18, 2004.

53 is a Ford E-450 cutaway minibus, spotted providing service for the Shopper’s Shuttle on Sept. 18, 2004.  This bus was waiting for passengers on Ridge Street at Maple Street.
