Bus service in and around Fort Lauderdale,
Florida, is provided by Broward County Transit, operating 41 routes throughout
Broward County. There are also
connections with the Miami-Dade Transit Agency in the south and Palm Tran (Palm
Beach County) in the north. There are
275 buses in the fleet, consisting primarily of Flxible
Metro, New Flyer D40LF and Gillig Advantage buses.
